Our well equipped modern gym and personal training facility is open to hotel guests and gym members alike.

The gym is fully equipped with the latest hi-tech equipment. A fully qualified personal trainer can provide both personal one to one tuition and/or personalised fitness programmes on request.

Therapeutic and sports massage can also be arranged but prior booking is required for any of these personal services through Hotel Reception.

Annual or 6 monthly gym membership is available. For £20.00 per month or £15.00 per month if a golf member.
